お早うございます。　

Ladies & gentlemen, Good morning!

2011/12/05 開校式を挙行した "Internet university" I.N.U. は、本日2011/12/15　2012～2022年の10年間の研究基本計画を決定し、発表します。

We, Internet university has decided the Basic Plan of Reseach between 2012~2022, 10 years.

一般の大学法人では、まず学生を募集し、授業し、入学金・授業料を得ます。本大学は、原則として学生の募集はしません。

Our university do not recruit students.

授業（教育）する前に、まず研究があります。

We do research first, before lectures & education.

本大学は、研究成果を講義することをポリシーとします。もう一つの重要な役割は、研究成果を日本政府機関、国連機関、さらに地球市民へ直接提言することを使命だと考えています。

We give lectures of effects of reseach, that is our policy. The other important roll is making the proposals to Japanese Government Organizations, U.N.'s organizations

and all earth citizens using our official web site.

この研究計画を遂行することは容易ではありませんが、小生は誓願しました。新約・旧約聖書の約とは神との契約を意味します。小生は自分の心のうちで神と契約しました。

The accomplishement of this basic plan, however I have made a vow. The New & Old Testament are the contract with Load god.

I have contracted with God in my mind.
